Register of releases and use of personal information for another public body

In accordance with subparagraph 6 of section 4 of the Regulation respecting the distribution of information and the protection of personal information, you will find in this section the register of personal information releases.

The register of personal information releases provides a picture of the circulation of personal information in the possession of the Department. The register describes certain personal information collected, released or used by the Department for purposes other than those for which the information was initially collected.

To enable the centres to carry out their verification.

Validation of Épargne Placements Québec participant’s assets.

Legal basis

Individual and Family Assistance Act (section 120), Act respecting parental insurance (section 88.1) and Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (section 67).
