All comments are read and taken into consideration. However, the Ministère des Finances cannot undertake to respond to each and every comment received on its platforms. In addition, the Ministère des Finances reserves the right to delete comments that it deems irrelevant, particularly in the case of:

• defamatory, abusive, hateful, racist, xenophobic, homophobic, sexist, offensive or rude comments;
• advertising of any kind, for example when comments promote products or services;
• messages that are repeatedly posted or off topic;
• messages that contain confidential information, such as personal information;
• messages of a political nature from individuals or organizations seeking to gain or exercise power by promoting defined ideas.

The Ministère des Finances is committed to providing the necessary follow-up on its digital communication tools during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
