The global economic situation is worrisome, and Québec has not been spared by inflation rates, which reached rarely seen peaks last year.
The government’s role is to ensure that individuals and businesses are fully equipped to get through this turbulent period but also to cautiously, responsibly prepare for the future so that Québec benefits from the recovery.
It is in this context that we are launching preparations for the next budget. I invite you to participate in the online pre-budgetary consultations and help us to make the best decisions for the benefit of all Quebecers.
